Call me every day they never speak even after 1 minute constantly calling I have over 50 calls in my log from this number claiming to be energy Australia yet can't give me any information about who they are looking for

Calls from a Victorian number (03) 9422 2400 leaves message to call them on 1800 336 611 they do not identify who they are, where they are from or what they want 😳 A reverse number check says the 1800 number does not exist 😂 There you have it another shtbag scammer

They rang claiming to be Energy Australia saying that I had $200 or so outstanding. I told them that I had paid those bills, very busy and they said they would send me an email with the bill. Scary thing was they had my name, address, obviously phone number and email. Worried how they got this information.

like leaches they just keep trying to suk you dry. Energy Australia a private corporation much like McDonalds and Qld Police. Want want want want. Make arrangements with but never enough. Block the bastards.

I’ve been getting numerous calls from this number. Energy Australia wanting unpaid bills? I’m in high school.

Claims to be Energy Australia but is a SCAM as they were ringing our high school child's brand new mobile number countless times asking for his credit details he certainly did not have an energy account or owe any money.

I can't speak for every on this forum, but in my case... It definitely was NOT a scam.
It was 100% Energy Australia

Although right from the start of the call, it did sound like a scam. But it was actually just a crap phone connection and poorly trained staff.

You really shouldn't falsely claim that it's a scam. It IS Energy Australia, they DO have operators employed in their Manila office overseas. You're being contacted because you either have an overdue bill from your current or previous address, or some missed payments because your direct debit details have changed without you notifying them.

Scam call I have never been with Energy Australia but they insisted I am and needed to pay a $1,389.00 Gas Bill. After the call I rang Energy Australia and they never heard of me at all and I was never a customer of there's.

I was sick of the meter reader coming at 7am which causes my dog to bark like crazy so I put a lock on the gate, this morning they couldn't get in and left fast. I then received two missed calls from this number and a text from Energy Australia saying they needed clear access to my meter

Answered the call and they didnt say anything, I then repeated myself and still no answer.. I hung up - Dont answer

Received calls many times in an hour. most of the time no answer. sometime common name person answering very very wrongly and telling that they are from energy australia. Is energy australia goes these much cheap business??
