Missed one call. Called back no answer. Second time they called - an hour and 20 minutes later I answered the call. No response.

These people are calling multiple times a day at my workplace but there is never anyone there. It is a waste of time as I work on a busy reception desk and it is extremely annoying to be receiving multiple calls from an obvious scammer. Please stop calling!!!

Number is supposed to be blocked. It still somehow managed to reach my message bank and leave silent messages? Is there somewhere we can report these numbers where they can be stopped because the harassment is relentless as soon as I block these numbers a new one calls with the same BS.

This number appears to be making it's rounds again as I received a call from this number today. Not sure if it's still Energy Australia or what but who ever it is doesn't have the decency to leave a message so the call probably isn't all too important then.

Picked up a phone with a style lol and no one answered for my surprise. Then I come up to google to search the number and find out they are the oxygen thief. Bloody scammers. I am scared to answer any new number that is not in my phone contact these days.

this is not scam call I repeat this is not a scam call it is energy australia even you paid your bill their stupid account department thinks that you haven't paid yet. just tell them I already paid and they hang up. THIS IS NOT SCAM

if its energy unaustralian they are criminal in their acts. i am a pension who unfortunately was with this scum. they refused to implement my concessions and then decided that they would send me a bill for $1000 on top of my expensive bill ($300 a quarter more expensive) for some unknown reason just before christmas. they still haven't corrected the bill and expect me to pay their fraudulent behaviour even though they have been contacted about the situation by state and federal government departments. These foreign owned businesses should be held accountable for their actions not get helped by inadequate governence.

Received a call from this number a few days ago. I don't know anyone in Eltham, Victoria (as shown on my phone for this number) and no outstanding bills. I didn't answer the call and they're now blocked.

just scum, since being with them have over 30 scammers contact me. My bills were double my previous supplier, they refused to impliment my disability pension concession and then sent me a bill for an extra $1000 just before christmas. They still haven't rectified the extra $1000 or implimented my concession even though they have been contacted by state politician and relevant government departments. DO NOT USE THESE SCUM AS YOUR DETAILS ARE UNSAFE AND THEY SUPPLY ONLY TITANIUM DIAMOND ENCRUSTED ELECTRICITY

Constant phone calls however nobody is on the other end. Blocking this number now given the comments that this is a scam. And I have no outstanding amounts to energy aust.

I got a call from this number telling me they were from Energy Australia. They confirmed by address and told me the standard "this call is being recorded ... etc". Then they said that my September invoice had not been paid and that I should process this payment over the phone.

Three calls today within an hour - answered first one - silence.
