I am having issues about my old flat I was living. My ex flatmate is refusing giving my bond plus my last week rent back. I have all the proof of he kicked me out literally one day after I had give him the 2 weeks notice that I was about to leave there. He blocked me on instagram and I tried to contact him, so I sent him a text message (I have screenshot of everything) and he apparently told me that I supposed to give him 28 days notice so that's why he's refusing giving my money back.
