This is computershare. It is not spam.

This must be a scam - they keep calling - sometimes twice a day, I recognise the number now and let it go to answer machine. They never leave a message, always hang up. If they can't identify themselves and leave a relevant message then its unlikely I'll call back.

The are calling because shares that you own in a company they are the share registry for are coming up for an important vote on a resolution eg. takeover or issuing of more shares to another company or individual etc.

Daily calls when answered no response ,also do not leave message VERY ANNOYING

Comes up as Computer share??? So if you have shares, then computer share is SHARING your private information to an outside source so THEY can call you. Where does that information go from there? Isnt this a breach of the privacy act. Theses companies have lost any credibility as far as Im concerned. Id never deal with them.

Please don't be fooled this is a scam / spoof call, whatever you call it... Don't pay attention to those saying it is legit they are wrong - scammers can make any number appear on your mobile phone. Do you really think if it were Computer Share who would have millions if not 10's of millions of listings would be calling people individually? Really!

Charity call - the lady said the Charity is called Help Feed Rich Company Directors. Now blocked.

They claim to be Conputershare. I have no shares. They can’t tell me what shares I have. How come so rest is scam no matter what. It could be buy/sale scammer shares (wolf of the Wall Street). Wake up people

Sounds like from the share registry mentioning the shares of a company held. Didn't require to provide personal details to confirm.

I suspect that this a scammer spoofing this number - number now blocked.

I have no shares or anything to do with this company. Keep calling and calling. No speaking when I pick up they just sit in silence and then hang up and noticed that previous calls minutes earlier came up as private or spam. A scammer isn't going to tell you hey yea I'm a scammer. Why call repeatedly call and not speak. Spoofed vibes to me. #blockdelete

Yes its from Computershare, a legitimate phone call.
Answer the call otherwise they will sell all your shares...just kidding :)
I returned their call but they couldn't put me through to anyone cos I didnt know what it was about (company policy). Just have to wait for them to call again. So i've saved them in my phone and will be answering next time. (i am registered with them).

Seems to be a legitimate number on display for Computershare but be careful as could be 'spoofed'. This number keeps calling daily which makes me think this may be a scam call - maybe a phishing call seeking information................
