They've phoned me a couple of times this morning but I missed the calls. Why are Kellogs calling uninvited?

Got a call from this number twice yesterday. Wife took call both times and the caller claimed to be from Computershare and to call Joshua on a 1300 number. No other details given. Called the 1300 number, got what I expected (BEN share buy-back line) but no-one by the name of Joshua and no record of me being called. A call to (03) 9415 4800 just asked me to leave name & phone number.
