Caller: LED Replacement Program

LED light replacement scammers have stolen this number. They claim to be from the government and want to know if you have received your "free" LED lights. If you say no, they offer to come and install the "free" lights for you, however what they won't tell you is the "free" lights aren't free and they will charge you an installation "fee".
