had 3-4 calls, they hang up. blocked!

Same thing happened to me. Answered and it hung up. This is extremely annoying. I have put a block on this number. Who ever it is, they should be investigated.

they are calling regarding something to do with tax rebate for home owners, providing you meet the requirements. I didnt so I didnt pay attention!

Blocked this number today & will complain to Telstra tomorrow.

Calls constantly. Three to five times a day. I called the number back, a Telstra recording says this number is not available may be incomplete

They rang me but when I answer, they hang up.

This number calls 5+ times a day and just breathes heavy and then hangs up. If you call the number back you get a message saying the number you have called is incorrect or incomplete. It doesn't sound like an automated Telstra message more like a home answering service.
