Hell No. If a charge has been made to your card it’s too late usually. Only the Bank will ever notice either that soared has been flagged or after unusual activity in which case Bank will contact you investigate and refund. Bank will never just telephone they will ALWAYS USE MULTIPLE CONTACT METHODS TO CATCH OUT FAKE SITES. Eg: For me they first sent SMS then back up with email and last phone call always with overlapping checks
