I got 4 missed calls in the morning from this number, called back in the afternoon (after work) and from their voice mail I gathered it might have been a gas service or emergency service of sorts? never heard of them and have no idea how they had my number. I don't even live in the same state as their area code.

I called back number (03) 9364 8996 rang 5 times then goes to busy tone.
