Received a call and then a text saying they left a message which wasn't clear, tried to call back but it rejects each time.

They called me today (12/05/2014) and I also had a missed call from (03) 9363 4311 and I can't call either of them back. I couldn't find any current info about either number.

Wasting my credit trying to call back to this number??

called me 3 times last call at 8:08pm on Thursday 11th of October and yet cannot be called back and I cannot find a listing for them anywhere.. wanting to know whom this is please.
