Same happened for me.
Telstra and all the other phone companies should be able to put a stop to this persistent violation of privacy.
Or, charge the perpetrators extreme rates for every call they make.
I'm having my landline disconnected....

This was a missed call for me on 22 September.
But I suspect it is the usual computer virus scam coming from India.
The phone number (03) 9361 2309 is currently listed in the Whitepages for Z katic of Burnside Vic 3023. But this person would not be at fault.

Once again I suspect an Indian call centre is spoofing existing residential/business phone numbers, and trying to scam people with their computer virus spiel.
This is now the third time since August this has happened with three different phone numbers, the other two being (02) 4990 8225, (03) 9762 0000.

Prior to this I have not noticed the call centres spoofing existing phone numbers.
So they appear to be using these numbers to call some people for a short period and then change the spoofed phone numbers frequently.
