I'v had ms for 17yrs and I always park my car at back of coles and walk through the main entrance and leave through the side door of coles as this make it little easy for me.I have never had trouble doing this until today. A older cleaner who was drilling a back door yelled at me and informed to go around I explained to him I have ms he didn't care and told me next time I'm to walk around. Yet when he was drilling the door he had no tape or cone to informed public safety great OHS
I contact Coles they are going to have one of their staff members walk me out the side door so this doen't happen again
PS I have been ringing the management centre no one picks up the phone.

I was at Coles in Greenvale, last night. My son was approached by a man and was offered chocolate and asked him to go with him. Luckily my son ran to me. Police were called. We could not find appropriate video footage. Coles and security were very helpful. Other people and shops tried to help. Centre management haven't responded to our Coles.
