They constantly call and text after hours . Once you connect with nBn.
I have had the connection via Telstra all of a sudden the calls are coming in from this number and others all after hours in the evening hours . They ask for personal details . I don’t answer they just want your information and they repeat the info from so many Telstra males pretending to help you . They should have the info on their screen so why are they calling. Block them all they are overseas scammers . Don’t fall for it .

This number called at 7 0'clock in the evening and left a completely unintelligible message on the answering machine. It may be "legit" but it was certainly a nuisance

This is a genuine called from (or on behalf of Telstra). I missed the call from this number yesterday but answered it today when they rang again. They were checking if I had any problems with the NBN set-up equipment which I had received a couple of days earlier by courier. I had a wall socket problem and they immediately made an appointment for a technician to come to my residence in several days time to fix the problem.

An Indian accent man saying he was ringing for confirmation of my internet NBN connection and that he was from Telstra. I rang 132200 and she also had an Indian accent and said that Telstra use various internet numbers. Sounds suspicious like they have maybe hacked my phone.

Rang me at 8.30pm at night, left message from Indian claiming to be Telstra and then sent me text claiming to be Telstra and to phone them back on an 1800 number between 9-5pm. Not happy, rang me well out of business hours, but only want me to phone back between 9-5pm. Suspect it's a scam, Telstra doesn't phone customers at 8.30pm at night.

Harassing me for the past 3 days over 20 calls a day

A lady left a message on my voicemail, claiming to be from Telstra asking me to call back. My phone is not linked to a Telstra account nor is it listed as a contact number for my internet supplier. Seems to be a nuisance call.

Did not answer but from other reports, if this is regarding the NBN, mine was connected in 2016 and it makes no logical sense that I'd be getting it connected again. I also did not contact Telstra about my NBN. Will block the number.

Already have it, total scam!!!

Total scam claim to be Telstra, i called the REAL telstra and there is no install scheduled and besides i already have NBN all the legit comments here are fake by the scammers. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS!
