I have recently submitted the following four metcards to you to transferred them onto my myki:

Total Value should be $57.6

However, your letter dated 7 January 2013 tells me that the replacement with myki money has only been calculated as $50.70. According to Authority of Public Transport Victoria, Metcards replaced with myki money will be deemed at the rate of the current fare (fare applicable as at 1 January 2012).

Could you please re-calculate the refund and transfer right amount to my Myki, my Myki number is 308425071855017.
