Just phoned them and got my number removed...24-48 hours and no more phone calls! Thanks for the advice

Call 137787 and ask them to take your number off their call list. Only way to stop them

Getting calls from this number twice a day at same time. Getting really annoying. Does anyone know how to stop it.

Thanks Bluey :) just rang the 13 number to have these pests stopped - my fault I guess, entered an on line survey to win a washing machine and am now getting tons of pest calls and spam emails for everything from insurance to delivered meals Arrrggghhhh!!! - i do wonder how they get away with this crap!!

Company name is InsuranceLine, provides life, funeral and income insurance.
Im receiving third party calls after entering an online competition.
Fine print ignorance on my part to blame.

If anyone receives a call or missed call from this number, make a complaint on their website. If it continues, make a complaint to the ombudsman and contact your Authorities, it is now considered harassment to leave third party unsuspected numbers or messages on cell phones. If this bothers further you contact your local police and fill out a form, and put the trading name of the business on it as well.

Does blocking them work? Has all ringing ceased?

Have been getting calls for about 5 months. Most times I ignore, but when I do answer there's someone there, and I have personally told them truly 8 times to remove my number, have threatened further action, they apologise and say they will remove it. Calls stop for around 2 weeks then start again. They are a Funeral insurance company.

Just called the 13 number, pick option 5! They were actually pretty good and checked my number against their marketing call list and she found it in there and said sh'e remove it straight away. So providing she actually does that and their calls stop, i'd give them a brownie point for that!

Got my number from ROKT competitions ("Your purchase comes with the chance to win XYZ" from either ebay or Ticketek). They will remove your number is you ask.

Does blocking this number from within phone settings work effectively

yes absolute pests like flees on a dogs tail, Tell them to stop calling and they still do. May need to get a new phone number .Never enter win offers on internet.
