Australia Post customer service rep calling me about an e-mailed complaint. Despite the second sentence of my complaint saying "I've just had surgery in my mouth and it's impossible for me to talk, so please reply by email". Idiots!

Australia Post responding to a complaint I made.
As is the way of the times, I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer.
They did leave a message saying that they would follow up via email instead. Caller in this case was concise and polite - I'm ok with that.

They called me, and after 3 rings they hung up. I had no hope of getting to the phone in such a short timeframe.

Fortunately, they also emailed me so at least I knew who the unknown caller was.

I called AusPost to inquire if an SMS message from them was legit. No person answered but got the recorded voice saying to press this, this and that number and that the wait time was "more than 10 minutes" and to indicate if I wanted a call back - I did. Ten minutes later I did get a call back.... but there was no one there!!!! Good One AustPost!

This is legit Aus Post. There is a phone scam going around with scammers pretending to be them offering refunds at the moment, so I looked into this heavily and the person who called, is also who emailed, and also who is on my account in the correspondence tab. There is also the same number listed on Aus post under the contact us page, and if you ring it back you get their call centre message bot.

I had submitted a complaint about a package being left in an unsafe location and then going missing. The photo provided was poor and didn't show me where they left it (package was not in the photo) but I knew from this that it was not a 'safe' location on my property as the image showed the ground and fence that are on the street near the letter boxes.

They called to apologise and let me know that the staff member was spoke to and that they would sort the issue. That said, their idea of sorting it was sending me to speak to the company that I made the purchase from to see if they could refund or reorder for me via their own insurance.

Missed the call from them as was working. Told them not to call in the enquiry, but to instead email. But they still called. In voicemail they said they'd leave an email directly after. But they didn't instead I had to reach out to them again first. They do enjoy wasting your time.

Missed call. Presumably in response to an online enquiry I made (even though I said I preferred to response by email over phone). When called back get automated response.

Phoned twice, when answered there was no one there. Tried to call back and directed to another number 13 76 78. This number is still no help. Important express post letter has been lost by Australia Post and cannot get any help.

Australia Post Complaints Response Line. Fast talking Jerk making excuses for poor delivery, and lies about why item was not delivered in the first place.

Australia Post's 'attempt' to call me was so short my phone didn't even ring – I just received a standard text message from my provider saying I'd missed a call. My phone was in my hand the entire time. About as useful as their 'we tried to deliver your package but nobody was home' slips that they leave at your door while you're at home waiting for their delivery.

By the time I got to the phone it stopped ringing (4 rings) but no message left.
From other comments it appears to be Australia Post. I suspect it is in response to a complaint. I did ask that the response be by email as I live in a regional area where the only option of everything is via wireless internet meaning phone connectivity is very poor and regularly drops out. Well read the message Australia Post, 'email'! The complaint was about a delivery of 3 parcels, only 1 was addressed to me, the other two for other addresses in the street, one 50m and the other 300m away, hopeless.
