I wanted a quote to have a 3 piece lounge suite picked up from Rosetta and delivered North Hobart, about 10ks away, 15 minutes, simple enough you'd think - but nope. Endless message options and recorded messages before being able to actually speak to anyone and and exercise in futility anyway. I couldn't get a quote over the phone, they'd have to come out in person and gauge it all. It's a 3 seater couch with 2 matching chairs, ffs, couldn't even get a guestimate. I didn't bother with them.
