Second time today...

can someone tell me who is this? this is my 2nd time to miss a call to a number that have 03... sumting it annying cause i can call it back the other number is (03) 8664 3800

I just got this number dial me also and as soon as I answered it cut out. I dialled it back and it was Telstra - dodgy sales pitch as it ends up costing them nothing. They should be banned from doing this as I for one dont want to have missed calls when i dont know who theyre from. We have family in Melb so I obvioulsy immediately thought something mustve happened. Nice one Telstra.
