Hi Anna, Good point, exactly who IS sharing Australians' private information to these scammers? Why doesn't some clever, switched on, phone company prevent this? I would much rather use my mobile phone when out, but I like the idea of being able to seamlessly glide across to using the landline when I am at home, or is it ALL obsolete technology? Are we on the brink of new technology? I think the phone system is a bit of a mess right now, but perhaps some wonderful tech company will sort this out? Can we as individuals do something to prevent scam calls?

(03) 9264 9101 hangs up when I answer. I called back message, this Mobile Number is disconncted.

Calling weekly. When I answer they hang up. Blocked them now after reading all this information.

So annoying. How long before they stop calling. I’ve blocked the number so it doesn’t actually ring, but it still turns up in messages as a missed call.

we don't answer it. Comes from Clayton Victoria.Rings on all mobiles and landline. Now ringing four times a day on mobiles. Up your nose with a rubber hose ringing buddy!

This number has been calling at least 3 times a day for the last week!! I dont answer as its not a number I recognise

Been receiving multiple calls from this number with no voice message left so best to ignore

This number is related to the scam email I received earlier today saying I could get $100 McDonald’s voucher. And it also said it would offer hearing test. When I filled in the form to proceed it said “error”. No McDonald’s voucher but only an error info. It’s scam both the email advertising and the phone call.

Don't answer any calls from this number. They are constantly ringing. They never leave a message.

Caller: No name given but was a man.

Said he was from national hearing Australia, yelled “hello” like he couldn’t hear me (i had said nothing) then hung up.

If this is an ISDN 10 range, the only number connected will be (03) 9264 9100, as all other up to (03) 9264 9199 as extensions of the PABX phone system and can not be called direct unlest listed in the PABX as in - out call active.

Has been calling for the last 3-4 days twice a day. I have blocked this number

national hearing care constantly calling day in day out

Receiving calls from this number quite late. One time said National Hearing Australia. I queried this and they hung up

My mobile has been called numerous times over numerous days. I don't answer as the Caller ID flags the call as 'Potential Fraud'
