If I am near my phone I press the answer button, wait 5 seconds then press the hang up button. Figure I might as well annoy them as much as they annoy other people.
I accidentally answered a call from one of these numbers when working from home, thought it was the office calling me. It was someone doing a survey. I
told them my consultancy fee is $160 per hour plus GST & I will answer any questions once I have received their payment. They hung up & haven't called back since. My phones are both on the "Do Not Call" register.

Received 2 calls, one from (03) 9246 4700 and the other from (03) 8808 1600.  Rang Telstra on 132200 and asked for complaints.  Spoke to 'Faith' who filled in a form and I am now removed from the data base.  Fingers crossed! Give that a go!

I just tried ringing the number and it is Telstra.  They advise that they are calling about a service that may interest me, however I can only call them during office hours on 1800 726 594 (9am - 4:30pm M-F), but they can call me whenever they like.

I advise anyone who receives these calls should ring the 1800 number and ask to be removed from their caller database.

THanks guys for the above info getting called by(03) 9246 4700- I am in hong kong at the moment and it is really really s**tting me off. If i answer the call I will get hit by roaming charges. They are not even bothering to listen to my absent voicemail message. If they ring me again I will report them.

didn't work i am still receiving those freak'n call.  Since i rang them on the 1800 number i been getting one around 6pm and now another one early this morning.  Anyone else manage to resolved this crappy phone call?

it's a company with all your telstra information. They are merciless in trying to change your phone and upgrade your plan.
