I called back number (03) 9225 5945 spoke to a woman who said company name is NDA's Evaluation Services.

This is a number, probably in South Melbourne, that is using a redirect facility to record phone numbers of anyone who calls them back as a result of a missed call on their phone.
The recorded message says the session cannot continue and the service is not supported in order to leave a message.
This is quite likely a scammer using a local number to redirect their calls from somewhere else in the world.
I would suggest blocking their number.
