I bought a Samsung 48" LCD TV about 4 years ago. Now I found the TV turning itself off & on. When the TV is on, it flick through all the TV channels,also volume going up & down. Would you please tell me what is the problem and how to fix it. How much cost to repair.

Dear Manager / Director
I am writing in regards to your incompetent and lack of communication with your staffs at Samung . I am very disappointed with the service and the delay of my remote control.
It had been two weeks now since your technician Allen came to examine my Samsung TV. Allen discovered, there was a faulty TV remote control. He reported immediately to his boss Shannon in Sydney . I was told that the remote control had to be return and would deliver to me within 3 working days. It is now 2 weeks and nothing has arrived. I waited on Monday, no post had arrived.
A week later, I received another phone call from your office to enquire about a technician for service. This indicated to me your office was disorganised and lack of communication for carrying out duties.
Around 10:30am 29/10/2012, I received a phone call from Nicholas at Sydney Office, to enquire about a technician would come for service between 10:30am and 4pm.
I contacted your office again on 29/10/2012 and spoke to Addel. I Was told the express post had returned for undelivered which was a lie.
I am very disappointed with your staffs. I would like to seek compensation for the inconvenience your staffs have caused me and delay my remote delivery. It has been 2 weeks now that I the problem has not been resolved.
I will not trust Samsung’s product and its office operation. It is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Your office need to communicate to each other.
I will write to Samsung CEO to disclose your incompetent customer serive at reverse Australia
