Scam caller spoke with foreign accent phishing for personal details

Didn't answer as i wa sin a meeting but tried to call back which didn't connect. Suspect it's a spam call which looks like it s from the comments here.

The caller asked to speak to Mrs Inda Pril. I repeated the name back and they confirmed. I then told them that’s a name of a medication and to #### off.

Caller: Don’t care

This is a VOIP number used by an Indian call centre for various cold calls. Ignore it.

Called and hung up

Rang and left voicemail but it was silent with what sounded like a dog barking in background, seems like a scam call

Offering finance as they had information we were looking for finance for some reason......goodness knows what because we are not looking to finance anything.

I answered the call and it was an Indian Woman, who knew my name and said she was calling from a free comparison company and she wanted to talk to me about my electricity provider. I told her I would call someone myself if I wanted to switch and I hung up on her. I don't trust cold callers!!

When I called back no connection, scammer for sure

Left a message saying something, Indian accents

I just let a call from this number go to voicemail. Checked vm and it was a woman's voice asking "hello? a couple of times. Then silence for 44 seconds. Noisy background. Assume it's a call centre of some kind using a fake number maybe.

I hate getting calls from unknown numbers and people who remain silent.

Answered, no response, then they hang up
