Caller: Victorian hot water system grant

Didn’t leave a message. I called back and a woman answered. She then confirmed my name and told me she was calling about a Victorian grant for hot water systems. Not sure it was legit though as she answered my return call in a different language. But when I spoke she spoke in English.
