They called my dad asking for information. My dad speaks very broken English so he couldn’t understand them. He told them he was on the pension. They said thank you and hung up. Dad asked me to call them back to ask them exactly what they wanted. When I called back the number was disconnected.

Can’t understand a single word but could tell it’s an Indian woman. The background noise was so loud. Could barely make out a word. Something about energy? Spam!

Don't answer - says she is from Telstra "this time" and they were going to cut off my internet in 36hrs - bullsh##t. Calls several times a week.

Number now blocked as "SPAM Fraud" - these people are scum and couldn't lie straight in bed, definitely bottom feeders.

Did not recognize number, did not answer, no message left. Rang back got a recorded message' 'Service difficulties not able to connect" . Suspect a scam. Blocked.

The caller tried to confirm my name and I refused.
I asked him what he was trying to sell me
He said nothing
I said oh ok so you got the wrong person and aren't even selling anything that is disappointing...
He said we are just telling people about some special tax concessions and rebates that I can claim
I asked What makes you think that I actually pay tax? Ever heard of offshore tax havens? He then hung up

Terrible attempt to get information and/or sell something. Told me she could give me "tax advice for all the peoples in the office."

Told her that I already had an accountant and he could be understood over the phone, so she was coming from a long ways back.

Hung up and blocked the number.

Surely this type of thing doesn't work, except on vulnerable people (which is horrible).

Did not leave a message but I looked up this number and got to this website, so it was obviously a spam one - also had one not long before that from (02) 6602 2554

Three calls, all from people with poor English..... I could not understand them and told them to delete my number from their database. I have now blocked them

do not answer this number and block it if you can. It's definitely something wrong and indian girl who i couldnt understand as well keep asking me about work status and my salary rate?? so when I started to question why she need that information and the aim of it, of course couldn't answer and she hanged out the call.

Claiming I have completed an online form a long time ago, asking for information, wanting to provide financial services/advice, attempted to confirm/seek personal details. Could not confirm ABN/ACN of company and said it was registered in South Melbourne, a search proves otherwise. NEVER GIVE OR CONFIRM INFORMATION TO SOMEONE YOU DON'T KNOW OVER THE PHONE!
