Keeps calling no matter how many times I hang up. Worlds most annoying telemarketers

Have been receiving multiple calls daily from this number for the past week. Have not answered any yet and tagged number with 'Ignore' to prevent further pain.

I put this number into my reject list but i keep getting a voice mail message. When I listen to the meassage it's all a jumbled up jibberish message that I cant understand. How do I stop this??
