K-Mart ran a competition but you had to tick on various companies you were interested in and I accidently hit a food marketing company = the woman harrassed me and when I told her not interested I have had these calls from time to time at least 4 to 5 times a day - how can I stop them sending these calls

So annoying! Filled out a survey and since then these guys haven't stopped hassling me for months. I've answered the calls and told them that I am not interested but they don't stop!!!

Over and over and over they ring.
If you don't answer they JUST keep ringing every fifteen minutes

When I switched my phone on after a flight from Perth to Melbourne there were six messages from these people. I tried calling them back twice and all I got was "thanks" followed by a beeping sound. This morning I decided to check this site to see if I could find out who they were and they rang again while I was reading through the comments. A man with an Indian accent asked for me by name and told me he was calling me in response to a survey I recently filled in regarding healthy eating. He then told me that this call was being recorded.

I then said I was glad to hear that as I was also recording this call. His reply was "Oh we are only monitoring it for quality control purposes." I then told him that I was recording it as proof of harassment and possible scam because the survey I filled in would not let me off the page until I ticked yes to something. I then told him not to contact me again as I was going to add to a list of complaints on Reverse Australia and would take more serious action if my request was ignored. The survey I filled in was on facebook to win a myers gift card.

They keep calling....and I keep rejecting or not answering. Surely they may have figured that I don't want to speak to them!

2 missed calls from this number today, no messages left. I have recently completed an online survey as other people have mentioned. .. I'm guessing this is how they got my number

I've been receiving calls from this number all day, every 10 - 15 mins have now put them on my auto reject list so at least it doesn't ring. I still get a message telling me that they've called. Don't know how they got my number?
If it persists not sure what steps I can take.

4 calls in a 3 hours period. The first time I did answer the call and they badgered me for 9 minutes. Wouldn't provide any proper nutritional information about their products UNLESS I paid upfront and kept trying to get me to give them my payment details. I told them 5 times I wasn't interested and wasn't giving them my payment details. I terminated the call. They then continued to call, so I just ignored them.

And yes, this was the result of requesting more information about their products (by email) in a survey - but they took it upon themselves to phone and harass. I have lodged a detailed complaint to ACMA.

12 calls so far today. Filled out a form and specifically remember ticking I was not interested in this company contacting me. No Msgs left - it's Grand Final Day - go away!!!

Answered a call from this number about amonth ago. Was informed the caller was from company ezy-meals, informed them sorry not interested. Yet the calls still keep coming, I've never answered there calls again as I politely told them thank u, but no thank you.

They have called me half a dozen times in the last hour. Not answering them. Am also on dnc yet they keep calling.

they have been calling me for the past 2 weeks and they call about 8-12 times a day.

Considering legal action if Easy Meals does not stop calling me and annoying me !!!!

Got a missed call today from this number. Others are saying it's Easy Meals. I spoke to them when they called earlier this week and said no. They got my number for a survey to enter an Australian online competition. Maybe that's how you others get on their list too.

These people have called me up to six times a day over the past week or so. I have not answered any of the calls but am sick of their persistence. I am on the DNC register so they should be leaving me alone.

these same people called me not long ago, get the uniden XDECT 6135BTU, that has a block list and it works!! hope this helps

Missed call from this number today - no message

i just started getting these calls. i sent em a message on their site easy meals as i'm on the DNC list so if they persist ..legal action is next
