Absolute bullsh*t. I was working there and made plenty of sales in my first week and everything was dry the second week (no one wanted to buy and was yelling you off the phone).
Was told by Ed and pascal that i was doing great and not to stress myself out about 'making sales' as I'd still be there tomorrow if I didn't. Then it came down to it with 3 days no sales and get THIS.
Im hypoglycaemic and came in late (I know not the best thing to do) so was told I can't have a lunch break--held on for as long as i could before politely and demurely requesting leave to go get a snack and was told by pascal I'm 'not entitled' to a 'lunch break' and after like 10 mins of arguing the point I get told I can infact go for a 15 min (instead of the allocated 30 paid mins lunch) to go get a meal if it was 'that important'.. in between this communication break down (before i was told i could leave for food) Ed yelled at me saying 'what could be so f**** important that you standing there, wasting time, when you should be making calls and commissions at our busiest time of day'...prior to this (20 mins ish before) I had originally asked Ed very politely to be allowed to get some food and was completely (like an immature child he was) ignored, he refused to look at me to acknowledge I was speaking to the point I genuinely thought he hadn't heard me--proceeded to follow him to his desk to repeat myself (for the 5th time) and was barked at to go and ask Paz....so I went to do just that and the above occurred ^^^
I'd like to add for some context that these two (Ed and paz) knew damn well I have autism and panic disorder along with numerous other things that impact my day and (regardless of anything else going on in mine or their heads that day) NO ONE deserves to be PUBLICALLY HUMILIATED in front of co workers over something so PETTY...you don't do it at all--but if u did you'd expect there to be a bloody reason right???
So after all this bs. My carer comes in at the end of the day cause i called him crying and sobbing after having Ed yell in my face and activate like all of my panic and ptsd issues I started melting and paz says there's 'no need to cry young lady' as if I'm not having a perfectly human reaction.
So. Carer comes in. Speaks to Ed--the whole time pascal is hovering and acting like my carer was gonna bash Ed when all he wanted to do was tell him he was out of line. Eds excuse for the whole thing is 'I'm sick, im sick' no apology no nothing.
Pascal locked the door like we were bank robbers after i left upset and with my carer holding me.
Now fast forward a week to where we are now, they owe me 4 days pay--and it's over 12 hours late. Do we will we see but I have a feeling this is not the end of this sh*t.
Also another comment I saw about their unprofessional set up is totally accurate.
Minimal training of any kind, you get 3 hours max of preparation. 2 spent listening to calls (on a MOBILE phone) so you can't even hear what the customer is saying...NO headsets. A very poorly written sales pitch that is honestly boggling to understand. The front of the place has NO signage, NO number, NO Post box, NOTHING. It honestly screams scammer call centre. Ironically enough I STILL have no idea if they are legit or not as I NEVER got to see any of the ads I supposedly sold.
Also when working there was two times i was told firmly to use my own phone (personal) as they were busy and out of phones.. like??? Not my problem?? Half these people abuse us and u know it why the f would I want them to have my personal cell that goes home with me??? Like you make profits right?? Buy more phones--some headsets while your at it--holding a mobile phone to your head for 8 hours a day is f*ckin unhealthy.

Caller: cherrish to sell me a website 3 months ago i have made many calls to them i am so stupid to get conned by them as i did have a business dealing some time ago but cherrish gave me a very good sales pitch & now i a sorry i got conned again so if you need a website forget this company i also have sent many emails + phone call to Ted weaver with no work from them stay away you will be very to find another company that provides a good service

USELESS, my ad I've paid for in their paper has never been delivered to the area I've paid for. Paper does not exist in my area and never released in any venue which I was told it would be. Avoid this business at all cost.

The people from this Company constantly call me always from a different mobile number but trying to get me to sign up to Australian Retirement Press publications. I have threatened them with reporting them to the Police for Harassment but they still keep calling. What a bunch of Scum.
