caller left a recorded message mainly in Chinese. Have no idea why they are phoning me or where they got my number. Will block it.

Caller: Scammer pretending to be from PayPal

Caller rang knowing my name saying he was from PayPal and their was suspicious activity on my PayPal account. Asked him why they didnt contact me through their normal means and he said he needed my bank details to go in and resolve it. Blocked.
