Caller: Customer benefits services

These scum bags hang up when you answer! Rang the number back, got answering machine for "Customer Benefits Services" Scum are now added to the 'Mr Number' app block list!!!

Multiple missed calls from "03", "02" or "08" numbers (list below) - always a scam phone call - don't waste your time answering; they hang up as soon as you pick up!

Next time i receive such nuisance call, I'll tell them in perfect Aussie accent that I don't speak English and that i have already declared bankruptcy so there's absolutely nothing in me that they'll find desirable...

Usual stuff. No sound for 5 seconds, then call centre scam.

I tell them they are ringing a Vicpol member
who is on the DO NOT CALL register (it is my work phone)
and their number and business has been referred to the
Aust Federal Police. They hang up... quickly

Answered call and there was a 2-3 delay before rep answered. Who does that ? Cold callers/ scam and spam companies. I hung up straight away and Black listed number, I suggest you do so too. If you don't have black list capabilities on your phone do this. Add number to phone under heading Spam 1 or Heading Hang up 1. So as soon as you see it just hit Reject call. As other unsolicited calls come from other numbers come in add them as Spam or Hang-Up 2-3-4-5-6 etc so you can keep track and hit reject button as soon as it rings and shows whom it is. Hope this helps !

Call centre. Ask to speak to team leader / "Kevin".
Tell them you "do not opt in" for this call service and that you want to "opt out". Ask for your number to be removed from their register and request confirmation for this to be done.

Claim to be doing a 60 survey on Customer Benefits but won't say who they represent or what they want to know. Block 'em!

This number is a oversea scam. and any number close to it. Telstra said it’s a masked number Only way to stop this is have your international calls blocked
