got 4 or 5 calls from this number today !! i answer and they hang up - number blocked

Three missed calls from this number a day everyday for the last week at least. Kinda starting to piss me off

when I called this number back I get
number is not connected

I usually don't answer and then block numbers I don't recognise and don't leave any messages, went to block this one and it was already blocked, wandering how my phone still rang.

Didn't answer as I didn't recognize the no. All of a sudden I'm inundated with unknown numbers. 13 in one day😠😠Too many to list here. But I now block all numbers that are not in my contacts. Thanks for the information on this site 👍👍

some guy named Chris in a loud call centre. telemarketers probably

I have recorded answering message - please do not leave a message as I never check. I check missed call & if it's not spam call you back. If your number is unknown then text me.
This works really well.
This company has called me 7 times in the last 18 min. I decided for once to call back and the number was engaged. Why do they bother. Is anyone conned.

Caller: Said it was Energy Connect??

Asian female voice. said I had always paid my bills on time and could offer me 43% off if I changed to them. Called by another Christian name so I said they had the wrong number and they hung up

Kept on calling and hanging up when I answered. I blocked them then looked up here. Glad I did

some random i answered he said "hello" i said "goodbye" and he hung up 5 minutes later another call picked it up and they hung up again

Didn't answer but no message left!!

Every unknown number I get, I decline the call and check the number on this site. 99% of the time it's a call centre, then I just block the number. Don't even get to talk to them, which is the best thing for my sanity.

Keeps calling. Sounds like an Indian woman. She asks me who I am, so I just hang up.

Have had a similar call to this a couple of times...they tell you they're from some bogus energy company and that they can get you huge discounts...then they ask for your drivers licence and medicare numbers...pure identity theft...maybe the person on the other end doesn't even know this..they may be simply employed to go through the script, but your drivers licence and medicare numbers should NEVER be given to anyone. Before you know it there'll be credit cards set up in your name and you'll have zero credit rating.

Had a missed call from this number and tried to call it back. Unable to do so.
They called again this afternoon, an Indian lady calling from an energy company claiming that I am eligible for a 25% since I pay my bills on time. I interrupted her and asked how she got my number and she just hung up.

have called me several days in a row and several times in one day. Just checked to see if it was a scam number and bingo! of course it is. Have blocked the number now.

Called many times and I have:
Advised I am on the do not call register
Hung up on them
Given them a telstra style number has been disconnected message
Asked to speak to a supervisor and demanded to be removed from their list
Told them loudly and in no uncertain terms that they had better not call me again
Now I just ignore them but they keep using different numbers to get through.- sometimes mobile, sometimes withheld number.
