The phone rings and hangs up because it is a computer auto dialling. When you answer, if a telemarketer is available you are put through to them. If no-one is available, you get hung up on. The computer constantly autodials and so large numbers of calls are made at the one time without enough staff to handle it. Basically, if you don't know the number, forget about answering it. If it is important, they will leave a message. If no message left, they obviously aren't interested in talking to you.

Called number back and it was a voice mail saying 'Thank you for calling Yale (couldn't quite make out this word) Solutions, our office is unattended at the moment goodbye'
But I called back immediately after missing the call.... seems very suss to me.

Been getting at least 2 calls a day for the last week from this number and when I answer they hang up

These people are pests!! They have rang my mobile and my partners mobile and most concerning of all my private home number late at night!! Repeatedly tell me I have won a $300 package of some software that will save me money on my mortgage. How the hell do they know that I have a mortgage(I don't my partner does)I tell them I don't have a mortgage and refuse whatever they are selling me but then they reply that they are giving me and my partner(which they know his actual full name)(WTF) a free $300 package. What BS!! Nothing is free. Anyways who are these people?? Oh, and telling them your not interested and to stop calling doesn't help cos they still call, multiple times!!

Stupid auto marketing call, blocked it

After 10!!! Missed calls in less then a week and no voicemail messages left (I screen my calls), I rang the number back and got an answering machine for Yale marketing or money solutions. I left a message politely asking them to stop calling. Has scam written all over it.

I haven't answered calls from this number & they don't leave a message. I figure it's some sort of dodgy scam

Samething happens no one answers. Does anyone know why is this happening or who is doing it?
