It is time somewhere, someone should check this out as it could be a reverse charges call and therefore YOU pay THEY collect !!

Had 3 calls from this number in the last week, all calling about the solar incentive scheme. I tell them I don't have a roof that my roof is made entirely of solar panels. They still keep calling

I answered and could hear a lot of very fast talking in another language (possibly Indian???) When I said "HELLO" again louder he said "I'm talking to my brother you rude b***h", and that's when I let it rip! Not sure what they were after, but I know it's not a genuine call.

This number is driving us mad, they have tried to call us several times a day for weeks now. A couple of times I thought I'd pick it up and tell them to stop calling, but I only got a few seconds of silence followed by a recorded voices saying "Goodbye".
Apparently Telstra will not block numbers on request. We're already on the Do Not Call Register, but that doesn't seem to make any difference. They suggest we buy a special new phone that can block numbers, which is rubbish - anyone should be able to block any number from calling, without paying extra!

Asked for Mr My Surname then Mrs My Surname – she had the Surname right but I am female and unmarried and my partner has another name. She said they wanted to talk to the homeowner about a solar rebate and that this was a courtesy call to make sure the panels had been fitted. I asked for her name (Sandra) and asked her to repeat the company name and then she hung up on me.

It was a missed call on my homeline. When replayed all I heard was the female computer voice saying "goodbye". At least one afternoon call a day. I get messages on my Telstra mobile saying that I have a missed call on my homeline number and I can dial a charges apply number to hear the message. I have never rang the charges apply number and wait until I get home and then dial the free Telstra 101 number. I then see my missed genuine callers and scammers. When I call the 02 and 03 numbs' Telstra says they are not connected!!!

We've had this number call a few times in the last week. Have stopped answering the calls. When answered we just hear the female "Goodbye".

Had a missed call on my land line @3.11pm today. This web site is a good source for info. When they do not leave a message you can almost g'tee that it is a scam.

Said Govt initiative but then referred you to investment opportunity. Told her that the marketing information she used is misleading. Said she was from "Wealth and Retirement" company. Based on the comments above, confirmed scam.

Indian male Kept asking for Mr *my maiden name*
I said who wants to know?
He repeated he wanted to talk to Mr *my maiden name*
I said yeah why? Who are you?
Then he groaned/sighed into the phone and hung up.
Should have told him my father died 15 years ago and see how that went down.
Bloody scammer, block the number.

Same as above. Part of some government scheme. Wanted to know if I was a homeowner and working so I told I was neither and he said goodbye.
