Alex, clainimg to be from testra, gave it as a callback. Sounded scammy

Just got a call and they said had a problem with my internet and hackers and wanted me in front of my computer to fix.

Claimed to be from Telstra technical department and that one of my computers was sending compromised traffic to the internet, and wanted to remotely connect to my device so that they could diagnose and fix it.
Told them that I didn't use Telstra for my broadband connection, so they said that Telstra provides the "mother internet" for all of Australia and they were here to help me.
Obvious scammer.

someone claiming to be from Telstra gave it as a call back - think they are scammers
