Caller: LED replacement Victoria These people ring continuously thanks to the stupid Victorian government scheme! They do not take "NO" for an answer even after I explain that my globes have been replaced for years. I cannot understand why they have not recorded all of the households contacted and done. Too hard? Could also be a scam call if the accent of the caller is taken into account.

Called 3 times today both mobile & land line. Takes time to patch the call through then 'hello' with heavy accent so suspect it's a call centre.
