They sell printer toners They pretend that you have a previous account with them and that you've ordered from them before even though we never did. They then send you an email which is like a reorder sheet. they were selling the M2040DN toner for $269 which is way overpriced as it is $141 on inkstation. They will also try and entice you with a $50 prepaid master card as a 'thanks' They are really pushy and call you multiple times. They also use (03) 9002 4006 if you dont pick up.

They keep ringing and saying I owe them from an order I never ordered last year. They say we will discount the price for you but you have to pay now by credit card. i've told them mutliple times to stop ringing as we don't need any cartridges

Sorry I ever ordered from them. They call every couple of months. I've now advised them, there is no purchasing from them unless they have received a Purchase Order from our Company. Have offered the gift cards and ipads, but its now, if you complete the order that has been on hold for you, we won't call you again. I say ... don't call me now. Like the previous phone conversations we've had. No longer needing your service.
