They phone me almost every day at 6.30am amd 7.30pm. They hang up when I answer. When I call back they hang up too. They ring from several different last 4 digits. How do I get rid of these idiots?

I called back number (03) 9086 6984 spoke to a woman but did not say for what comapny.
