Worst delivery man i have ever seen. The delivery called the guest who had ordered food and demanded that they come down to reception to pay as he was double parked. The told the guest to hurry up and was rude to them on the phone. The guest then came down to pay the driver and then he told them that the meal was more than the guest was told on the phone, the guest then had to go back up to the room while the driver shouted at them to hurry up. The man was so rude to the guests and we have never experienced such poor customer service with hotel TA food deliveries. The food was then average and pretty much cold by the time guest go to eat it. There was also no culterly given.
