unknown constant caller

my phone rings every day around lunchtime - I do not answer - "unanswered call" came from (03) 9068 9548.

Answered the phone - Silence - The called hung up on me

Won't stop calling so i blocked the number

Persistent call centre offering deals on telecommunications. If you call their number, auto response offers option to stop receiving calls - not sure if this works because I just blocked the number.

advisers possibly finance/insurance

They call me often and never leave a voicemail. When I call back they do not say what company they are.

Called me twice today

autocalled - answered and line went dead.
