you cant call it back, it is a non return number.

the number shows as a melbourne number, a woman told me she wanted to re-send or refund for headphones and smartwatch ordered from Kogan, Asked her what name and address she had and she told me the name Ruben and the address "hollywood park QLD" .....No idea who Ruben is and don't live anywhere near QLD, When i told her i didn't order anything from kogan , i dont know Ruben and don't live in QLD she still asking to "confirm" my name and address

I lodged a complaint with one of Kogan sold products and they rang me to say that they have received complaint and will be looking into the complaint and will contact me further Phone number was +61 9068 5771..........it is legitimate as I have infact lodged a complaint for faulty product..........

You are correct. I just missed a call from this number, then got an email about the call. It is Kogan/d*ck Smith. It was a response to a fault with a product I had raised with them. The call was offering a replacement and checking my details.

I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message. Phone's auto-detection says "Potential Fraud".

I rang back the number (03) 9068 5771 once but got disconnected
