When I answered I was put on hold until a nice lady answered, the lady on the other end was nice and updated my details (e-mail), she went through the whole membership sales spiel that they go through, it sounds great and yes it is what the government already does except for the discount in their own shops.
After all of the "discounts" It was a little under $30, as I am a casual worker that is barely surviving on that & Centrelink I had to say no (not that it would have been worth it), she tried to get me to agree to her calling me back when I would be able to buy the upgraded membership (I had to say no thank you).
Bravo that she was so understanding about it and that it wasn't an Indian call centre.

Diabetes Victoria. A private organization trying to sell memberships to access discounts and services that are already provided by the govt.
Just ANOTHER organization trying to profit from fools. I'm annoyed the NDSS gave them access to my phone number !!
