I called the number (03) 9038 5725 and spoke with Booney. She said I reached The good guys concierge. They are not selling anything. They call people who have made purchases in Good guys, an electrical store, for warranty of the items purchased. The store is located throughout Australia but I have called their office in Victoria.

I called back number (03) 9038 5725 reached IVR for a company called The Good Guys.

Claimed to be the good guys but can t search this number to match good guys number in google.

Cant identify the person called.

It looks like they want to sell more service to you after your purchase with good guys.

It is inappropriate to use customer's details to do more tele marketing.

Adverting Scam. They get your phone number from legitimate ads placed then send a phony proof and invoice and then the phone calls and statement start demanding payment. We advised them in writing via email we didn't want any dealing with them the same day they emailed their 'proof' 29 April 2015, still getting Statements. Michelle Shehkter title Accounts Manager ph (03) 9038 5725 is rather aggressive on the phone especially when she calls using an UNKOWN phone number.
