i got a call at 10 to eight last nite from this mob, yes i am on the DNCR and i pay for a private number..I should find the call the center and follow the workers home and bang on their door at 3 am in the morning and tell them to stop harassing me

We receive calls from this number almost daily. We don't pick up but the calls continue. Also have same situation with a NSW number
(02) 8518 1934. Have done a reverse search on them but nothing comes up.

These people and all the people that work in this market research industry are all a waste of perfectly good air perhaps they should get themselves a real job, I have an extremely loud acoustic device for these half wits every time they call!

I have contacted DNCR and I was told that because it is a genuine research company they can call. They use an auto dialler which cuts out after a certain number of rings and this too is allowed. I have had my 10th call in 14 days and I have had enough

DOES EVERY MARKETING RESEARCH COMPANY CALL ME??!!
I just answered a call from these people (12.00pm Saturday, land line), after they tried to call many time during the week, as soon as he said he was from a marketing reearch company, I said "not interested, I keep getting calls like this, so bugger off".
If they want to get a broad spectrum of the whole population, why don't thay call someone else?

Got a call tonight. When I said politely that I was not interested in partaking the caller continued to question. So I said Thank you and hung up.

Line of questioning was "Do you live in NSW and do you smoke tobacco products?" and was claiming to call on behalf of the NSW Government.

I have received 7 calls over 2 days from this

number on my mobile ( auto dialer gone mad ?)

However the latest twist to this scam is that

somehow they have managed to bill a 40 minute call

from my phone to their number $34:00 , Optus tell

me that they do not know how that can be done (?)

but there would seem to be more than a chance

connection to their activities . Could it be that

some one is paying them by the number of billed

calls they make . e.g. mates in government as per

the norm in NSW , Qld etc .?

Like everyone else am getting sick of racing to the phone only to have it hang up. And the calls are always at dinner time.

Phone rings, I drop what I'm doing to answer it, only to have it hang up. I check the number and see it's from Victoria or there about, think I don't know anyone from there. If you are rude enough to call me at dinner time at least have the decency to wait until I answer the damned phone!

I am on the DNCR. Just had a call from this number, but they disconnected as I answered. very annoying.

@ Cecil : you clearly work there, not very subtle mate.. And no, saying" I'm not interested" isn't hard to do... its just not f****** possible when your hung up on as soon as you answer! Nice smart ass remark though!!
