Caller: supposedly Telstra

indian person saying from telstra and my internet not working, gave her some words of wisdom, hung up and blocked the number

Woman with Indian accent claimed to be from Telstra technical department. Sounds in background like an office. Said every time my browser connected to internet it was doing something with malicious software. I told her it sounded like a scam and hung up.

Long delay, then the usual clicks and an Indian voice saying he was from Telstra, so I hung up
