Caller: Scam solar energy caller

A caller from This number (03) 9034 5180 had telephoned in the afternoon on my home phone me on 3 October 2019. When i picked up the handset it took about 10-20 seconds for the caller to speak. He sounded ethnic and said that he was calling in regards to Solar energy. I hung up on him ! When i called back the number 5 times it would ring but not answer and the ringing changes to a busy signal. This is another fake number from another fake business. The number begins with 90 so that is enough to indicate that's a made up number. Its a scam. Incidentally i had another call today in regards to solar energy - who was also a scam caller.

Man with Indian accent wanted to make an appointment to discuss Solar Panels. I told him I already had solar panels and wasn't interested.

Keep calling & don't leave messages. When I did answer it was pathetic dishonest Indian Call centre person trying to convince me to install solar panels. Sounded entirely like a scammer. ABOID

no message left on answering machine. Indian call centres do not abide by the Do Not Call Register as calls are routed into Australia.

An Indian man claiming to be the Accounts Manager of Aussie Loans. I hung up straight away as we don't have a mortgage.

Wanted to make an appointment with me regarding the benefit of installing solar panels. Told him "I work in the mines and don't think there is much benefit in having solar".
