Definetly a scam!!!!
First of all when they phone you a recorded message starts saying "you have a court filing against you" which I promptly hung up on, when i rang them back the number rang back. Just a minute or so after I hung up a private number rings in and an indian voice says "Hello this is the ATO calling, we missed a call from this number".
