Caller: ATO Scammer

Interesting, block one number then the ATO accuses you of tax evasion - when I’m a jobseeker for the last few years... They don’t even have the spine to use a real voice!!! Just that goofy YouTube robot voice that instantly tells you it’s fake.

Robot voice claiming something about tax avaision and then I tried calling back and it makes Barr notice , phone doesn’t get through!

Caller: Scammer pretending to be from the ATO

Robocall from a blocked number. Said they were a case manager at the ATO and were about to file a lawsuit against me for an unpaid debt. They left this number for me to call.

The biggest hints that it was a scam was using the words "lawsuit" which is more of an American term, and that they'll "get you arrested" if you don't return their call. An official government or legal threat is unlikely to use that kind of language.

Fake auto generated voice telling me to call back otherwise they would have to arrest me..... Number tagged as scammer.

Fake call pretending as tax office.

Left message re Lost luggage and to call them urgently.Call back or I will be arrested.
Did not respond

Just received this robot call from the Australian Tax Office. Hung up quickly.

This is definitely a scam call claiming themselves as an ATO agent and saying you are filed against fraud. Also, it was not a real voice but a robotic voice.

ATO saying they will arrest me if I not call them back.

Caller: Spam caller. ATO?

Robot scammer accusing of tax issues, and as call is missed, to phone back as there is a warrant out for arrest.

Checked with ATO proper, no issue and aware of this scam

phone call threatens lawsuit against you. ATO don't call you in this manner . I cut off off the call before it finished
