Two calls in two days from a pest using this number and not bothering to leave a message - scammer behaviour.

Definitely a scammer. Said his name was Jacob but had heavy Indian accent.

This plague of scam/nuisance calls never stops. I got a call on a Sunday from this number and, butting into my home uninvited having been achieved, they hung up without bothering to leave a message. I can block interstate numbers but not local ones, real or fake. The number of calls from pests still drives me crazy.
