Similar, same computer voice message claiming tax office will issue arrest warrant if I don't call back, with poor grammar. Sounds dodgy to me too

Received an automated American voice message from the 'Australian' tax office. The number is a Melbourne number. I live in Tasmania. This number was suspicious to me and I hung up.

Caller: Scammer Answered the call to an automated voice message claiming to be the tax department (with American accent) and saying that a lawsuit will be filed against my name unless I call the (same) number back. It ended with some comment about an arrest warrant being issued. The language wasn't proper linguistically and I'm confident this is a scam.

Left a voicemail saying please call back as there was an arrest warrant out for me hahahaha so I called back. First time, a woman with an indian accent mumbling something. I asked her someone left a message & I stupidly gave it then she hung up. I called back a 2nd time & another indian accent & answered ‘yeah how can i help you?’ I asked ‘who is this & what company do you work for? To which he replied ATO. I answered back ATO? Whats your name?! & he hung up.
Scammers those pieces of trash!! Wish I was police
