Automated electronic voice message left on my phone indicating me and my family were being investigated for fraud and legal action was being taken.

Caller: Claimed to be named Mark

was told that the call was from the ANZ fraud department and that my account had been compromised, that money was being used to buy bitcoin and that I should allow another transfer to the bitcoin website so that it can be traced. Scam coupled with fraud. AVOID!

I received a call today from someone saying I will be billed $99 for an Amazon Prime account I don't have. This person
also wanted me to download some software, they said will block the payment.

I received the same message yesterday, when I called back they asked for my name and home address however they had called my work mobile which have neither attached to it.

Caller: No idea

They left me message that my name has been identified in fraud Case and have to ring them.

Such a looser.

Recorded message advising a warrant had been issued for my arrest by ATO. Call came in on my mobile. I hung up immediately.

Yeah got same message. Automatic messaging saying something about me being done for fraud. Then I called back and got a bloke who hung up quickly.
Now number doesn’t answer.

Saying same as above comment that we were being investigated for fraud.

Never answered the call. Got the following text message:

You missed a call from (03) 9028 4635, who said
"For the tax fried(?) and the investigation team of our department is investigating you and your family. We had tried to notify you regarding this issue but we had never got." This message was provided by Telstra at no charge to you.

Yep. I just received that exact same message on my voicemail. The voicemail didn't even indicate which company it was which confirms this is a scam.

Voicemail saying Me and my family was being investigated for fraud. Definitely a scammer call. Actually under the number ‭061390284635‬.

I got the same call just now

Just got the same call. The automated voice sounds American and it just says "investigated by our department". Feels very much like phishing.

Robocalled telling me a lawsuit had been filed against me by the Australian Tax Office.

Only got half the message-to-text but said "And the investigation team of our department is investigating you and your family. We had tried to notify you about this issue but have never got any response" I did not call back, I suspect this will be a scam.
